Just like in Spotify I'd like to be able to generate new playlists or listen to an endless radio-like playlist generated from my existing playlist, an album or an artist.

I've found the thing I miss the most from Google Play Music, was what you described. Being able to start a radio playlist from a particular song. Deezer has the ability to start a mix from an artist, but if a song is quite different from the usual material an artist creates, then ideally you'd like to retrieve similar songs.
Google Play Music was much more accurate than Spotify (in my opinion), but you had the ability to pull up a heap of similar songs based on just one song you liked. YouTube Music doesn't seem to be as accurate as Google Play Music - not by a long shot.
Not sure what work would need to be done behind the scenes, but it would be a great feature.

Indeed, very nice feature.
Very useful when creating your own playlist and want to extend it.
Missing it from Spotify and Google Play Music.

Google Play Music's start radio is the best by far. Spotify's isn't bad, Amazon music is trying it as well but is much more limited. It does a better job on more popular songs.
Te artist mix on Deezer is decent, but a radio based on a song (same as Google Play Music or Spotify) would be great.
Might be a lot of work behind the scenes to implement.

Please consider implementing a song mix feature similar to the artist mix that is currently available. I also subscribe to Spotify, Slacker and Pandora and all have song mix (it's actually called either song radio or station depending on the service, but it's the same functionality). Spotify even has an album station feature in addition to song radio. I think album mix would also be a great addition to Deezer.
Thanks for the feedback, we will pass it on to the right team 😉
Seems they are already beta-testing this feature called Song Mix in their mobile apps according to a Reddit posting.
Hi there, I think it sounds good! I'm going to pass it on to the right team! 😉
This is one of the key features I miss from Apple Music. The ability to seed a radio station / mix based on song/album/artist... it then plays songs based on the seed including similar and related songs/artists/albums... and learns from what you up and down vote.
I always found this the best way to discover new music and miss it tremendously.

Oh my god! Everyone that uses Deezer probably misses this! please implement it since the flow playlist at least for me is a total miss every time.
Thanks Rafael! I'm very happy to see there are discussions going on.
I have recently found myself listening more and more to playlist radio on Spotify and Slacker, so I would like to add another suggestion for Deezer playlist mix (in addition to song and album mixes).
BTW, Spotify has removed album radio since I initially posted 😞

I agree totally with this!!
Yes Please add this feature on Deezer. We really want to extend our playlists but we are not getting the right recommendation.
This missing feature is currently holding me back switching from Google Music to Deezer - and at least one of my friends as well. Really, no exaggeration here.
We need this because this is how we easily and quickly can discover Artists and Songs similar to those we already know and love.
Implement this, please! (and I can imagine it might be really hard to put this into code and it probably will create a hell of a lot of data that has to be stored somewhere and be available very quickly)

starting my own playlist with songs I would like to hear and then have deezer continue the list with tracks that match the tracks in the playlist and therefore also fit the occasion/vibe/mood/ambience/moment for or in which I chose the playlist in question...
Since Pandora isn't available in my country I really hoped that other streaming services would come with a similar feature.
Spotify radio came pretty close once, but I think they've changed that.
I would really like to see a feature where you can add multiple songs/artist to a mix, and based on your preferences you'd get new songs/artist.

Guys this is really deal-breaker!! The Flow is nice, but I wanna create my unique flow mix based on one particular song. So useful! This is the most natural way how to listen the music - you come home, singing one song and when it ends you wanna keep in the same mood. Please prioritize in the backlog:)
It seems that you can use any play queue as a seed for a "radio mix" playing more similar tracks. The only condition is it must not be longer than 40 songs, otherwise you will not see the switch for "Automated Recommendations" at the bottom of the queue. Once you have enabled this option, it will always create an "endless" mix from the first tracks. So it makes sense to use either short playlists that you have created yourself or albums as a seed for these automatic recommendations. Or you simply pick single songs from anywhere and add them to the play queue with their ...dropdown menu.
"Flow" or "Shuffle My Music" will not work as a seed, as Flow is meant to be an endless mix and does not show you the upcoming songs in the play queue, only the ones already played. And shuffling your library usually has more than 40 songs. But "Inspired by...", "Discover" and "Chill Out" playlists all have 40 tracks, so you can also enable automatic recommendations if you start them and check the bottom of your play queue then. Here is a screenshot of my "Chill Out" playlist with 40 tracks in the play queue, and track #41 being the first automated recommendation:
This works both in the desktop app and the web player, so I assume it also works in mobile apps. The switch is disabled when you start the app again, so you have to repeat this after a restart. And it may be similar to clicking on the Mix button on an artist page (Cheap Trick in this case) which I haven't tested yet.

I agree with this but the important thing for me is that doesn't create a static playlist based on that song/album/artist but an actual radio like entless station. and that you can up/downvote songs that you like/dislike. But the voting should only affect the current station and not the song in general meaning that if i dislike a song it only means that i don't think this song fits that context (radio station) not that i don't like the song in general.
That was the way spotify handled it before they ruined the feature. which is why i came to deezer.
I have signed up for the beta and am trying out the Song Mix from Deezer. It seems to work quite well. It already works better than the one from Youtube Music 🙂.
I'm a Drum and Bass fan so when i start a Drum and Bass radio i don't want to hear House/Techno in that playlist which is sadly the case for Youtube Music algorithm. But the Deezer one only plays DnB *yay*
Also it would be great if you could save already created stations for quick access.

Thanks for the feedback @chuanito 😉
I am on Deezer beta. But I have no mix options. Neither on song, playlist, album or artist. Is it a big???
Hi there @kazak1377
First of all, what device and OS do you have? And to what mix are you referring your reply to? Let me know and I'll try to help 😉

iPhone 7, iOS 13 public beta 3
I am trying to listen similar music to song/album/artist and there is no option to start mix based on any of these entities. But i remember that it used to be there.
Hi there @kazak1377
Unfortunately the Artist Mix feature is only available on Web/Desktop App. But we're open to the feedback you've given us, in this topic. With more votes, we can show our devs that our users want this to be improved. At the moment you can make use of Flow as a workaround, for instance.

Unfortunately, flow is not quite good for me. I am listening really different music from classic to death metal and rap, so flow will mix up all the things together, but sometimes i want to listen ONLY metal or only classical music, so mixes, based on song or artist will be perfect
I’d really LOVE to see this feature also implemented on iOS mobile app, not only on desktop/web experience.
Thank you
