Possibility to stick a comment/note to a song's title when in a Playlist

For many reasons, I would find convenient to be able to post a comment beside/inside/after/above (no matter how) a song’s title (e.g. note the name of someone who recommended that song, the place I’ve seen that singer in concert and where...)
