Podcast and Car Mode: Make 'Rewind 15s' and 'Skip 15s' the default buttons instead of 'Previous/Next Episode'

Can you make the ‘Rewind 15s’ and ‘Skip 15s’ buttons the main default buttons when playing podcasts?
These are used a lot more often than the previous/next episode button.

Currently they are positioned as smaller buttons on the sides while the previous/next episodes are the large buttons in the middle.

More importantly, swapping these will also let us ‘Rewind’ podcasts if we missed something when driving, because buttons on the steering wheel normally only include ‘Play/pause’ and ‘Previous/Next song’. Currently, it is impossible to rewind without opening the app on the phone, which is dangerous while driving.
