please include whole library in music shuffle

I appreciate that I can shuffle my library and I use it; but I recently discovered that the reason it seems incredibly repetitive and limited is that it doesn’t actually shuffle my library, but only the songs on my playlists (including “favorites.”) I want it to also play songs by my liked artists and off liked albums! I want that MORE than I want to hear the songs that I can easily access on my existing playlists and likes over and over and its kind of useless without that
