Pause/start button on lyrics screen

Pause button should be available on lyric screen. Because for new songs we found some people turns the lyric page on and tries to learn the lyrics. But some parts of songs are hard to sing and we need to repeat it again and again but we are not able to pause the music. And it complicates the process. It would be awesome to have pause/continue button on lyrics screen.

In what device do you listen to Deezer on? I ask this because you're not able to pause the music - you should be able to pause and even rewind and the lyrics will follow.

Hello @Rudi i use samsung galaxy s9+ . Maybe i couldn't explain myself good enough. I can pause and rewind the music but i cant do these things when i bring lyrics screen on. When i have lyrics on the screen i can click on a part of the lyric and the song rewinds to that point everything is fine untill here. The thing im trying to say is i cant pause it. If i want to pause the music i have to turn the lyrics of and pause the song and then turn the lyrics on again. And when i want to continue i have to turn lyrics of and on again. My suggestion is to put a little pause button below the lyrics. Here is an ss, there is no pause button.

Hi @Mklencles if you need to repeat a part of the song you can just scroll back up to where you wanted the song to repeat and tap on the part of the lyrics you want to repeat 😉

Hello @Flo.Deezer yes i use that feature and its really usefull but what i actually mean is we should have a little control panel below the lyrics as we have in main screen like < for previous song || for pause and > for next song

I've got what you mean now @Mklencles, the screenshot helped a lot. I've changed this to an idea in our ideas forum and voted for it. It seems like a useful suggestion!
In the meantime, if you listen to music using headphones with a remote control, I guess music can be paused with that.

@Rudi That's cool thank you. I've been using a headset and it doesn't have remote control and i think that's why i never thought of it 🙂 I will use my earbuds now thank you for the advise.

We are currently running a promotional campaign with our friends, family, and on social media to promote Deezer.

The pause option in the karaoke mode is not a trivial request; it is really interesting for those who want to improve their language skills.

Deezer offers this fantastic opportunity, but unfortunately, the absence of this simple pause function ruins the user experience.
