Painfully Slow Android/Windows. Shame, shame, shame!

I love Deezer but the performance is genuinely driving me crazy!

Mobile app: clicking Home and then any track takes up to 10 SECONDS to play. Ten! I just want music! By the time it responds I've lost my marbles. The offline performance and UX with downloaded songs is in a similarly bad place, when I go to the gym and I have no reception, it’s such a chore to get anything working correctly and snappy.

Windows app: constant update interruptions, sluggish UI throughout, and most baffling of all, the spacebar doesn't pause/play. The spacebar! The universal "pause this thing" key that has worked in every media app since Windows 98. It does nothing when I have focused the Deezer window.

I'm a paying customer who genuinely prefers Deezer's catalogue and recommendations, but I'm being pushed away purely by how painful it is to actually use.

Speed and basic keyboard shortcuts are SO IMPORTANT, PLEASE prioritise them! With each update I hope it gets better, but often it just gets worse! :(

It’s like none of the critical UX code is aware of parallel/asynchronous operations, nor has any ability to function without internet.

Please, please, please, make it snappy!
