I understand that Deezer has committed significant resources to the new UI and thus no CEO will want to change it in a foreseeable future. But for those of us who really like the old bars-icon and are not very happy with the shiny heart-icon, could you please add as an optional icon (in the display menu) the old icon? You can think of it as a recognition of legacy, appreciation of diversity, acknowledgment of different styles, or whatever, I would just like to have anything but a catchy purple heart on my phone. As someone close to app developers, I know this can be fixed in no time.

Indeed developers could create an option to have back the old logo, but that is not in our plans for now.
The new logo combining elements of human connection, music, and beats, our logo serves as The Beating Heart of Deezer.
Who knows if one day Deezer goes nostalgic and allows that. Future is unpredictable.
