New android auto layout

Firstly, I love the new Android Auto layout! But is it possible to change the layout on right-hand drive cars (like the UK) so the artist/track text is on the right of the screen, closest to the driver? As well as the pause/skip buttons? Like in this image, but flipped?

This would really improve readability and make it easier to see which button is highlighted as it would be closer to the driver!
