One Hit Wonder

Many of the album from the 60s and early were in Mono. After stereo got invented they started mixin all vocals on one side and all music on the other. That sound terrible on headphones. That is why i think it’s important and i really miss it (or haven’t found it yet) that there the posibilty to turn Mono Playback on and off.

Adding to this - I frequently listen with just one earbud in so I can hear my surroundings better. I’m typically not able to listen with both earbuds in, except for late at night. Even for more modern mixes, this can result in the music sounding weird at times (and as alequos said first, older tracks can be even worse!)

A ‘mono audio’ toggle would be, in my opinion, an accessibility accommodation as much as a “nice to heave” feature
