merge smart cache and offline music

I have allocated 80gb to Smart cache and hope Deezer is using it.

Now when I accidently find myself in offline situation, e.g. flight, I don't have access to this cached music to keep my busy.

And I always realise that something should have been downloaded when it's to late.

Hence I find offline downloads useless feature.

I even wonder if you have some stats how many people really use it. I bet it's small number and full UX potential is used here
