Make "clear queue" function available and easy to find on *all* platforms

I can empty the queue in the Deezer section of the Yamaha MusicCast app, but find no way to do this in the Deezer Android app. I now have more than 200 titles in that queue.  Ridiculous!

What a basic function not to have implemented!
