Liking a track should not subscribe to the artist

Currently, if you ❤️ any track from an artist, you will start to receive notifications in the 🔔 list every time they release any music.  This renders the feature useless as the feed then becomes filled with artists that the user barely recognises instead of ones they actually care about - the user should only receive notifications about an artist’s releases if they ❤️ the artist page directly.
