it takes a long time to play a track

Hi

New Deezer user here but I tried all the streaming platform and I'm trying to stick with Deezer because of the quality of the sound.

I use Deezer with an iMac and an iphone

So the desktop app is ok there is no problem with the track loading but with the mobile app it takes so long to play just a track,it stream like with 500kb/s,i tried everything to solve the problem, delete cache delete app and re-installe it.

I don't want to talk how bad is the connectivity between the the mobile and desktop app, we all know it.

So what’s the problem for the slow streaming?I tried all other platforms and the problem does not exist.
