Implement non-static moving track name in minimized player, if track name is long.

YouTube Music has this feature where long track names which go above the edge of the minimized player, are moving and therefore non-static. This makes it easier to read the full track name by looking at the minimized player. Deezer currently only has this functionality for the maximized player.
