I'd like to see what is streaming over Google mini on my phone app so I can like/dislike without interrupting the music.

Thank you for the idea, could be a good idea for the future. 

We are not planning implementation on Google Home for the time being. 

In the meantime to see the music played if you cast from the mobile app. 

If you use the voice command, you can find the songs that were played on the “Last listened” section in the app!
