Group/sort playlists/albums/artists/genres into folders

I’m currently on the free trial and this feature (or lack of it) is what will probably end up being my deciding point on whether I stay with deezer or go back to spotify (since they’re getting hi-fi soon). The organisation tools overall on Deezer are not that good when compared to the other services out there I hope this improves so I will have a reason to stay here instead of looking elsewhere for a streaming service.

@Gutty that is abolutely not true. apart from some good pints in apple music they are everywhere bad. i cannot see that spotifys library management is better than deezers.

@Krs Sns idk what to tell you then. The desktop app for deezer is lacking a lot of library management features that spotify has. Folders, being able to remove a song from playlist by right clicking and selecting delete/remove instead of scrolling down to select the track and then scrolling all the way back up to remove it. Being able to simply drag songs around to change the order within a playlist, afaik deezer has no way to retroactively change the order of tracks in a playlist. Being able to select the order that playlists appear instead of the app deciding for me based on the limited options available. Being able to select multiple tracks using the generic windows shortcuts instead of having to manually click on every single track you want to remove from a playlist or add to a different playlist.

I’m not trying to say that spotify has amazing tools because they also have a lot to work on. I’m just saying that these are some of the features that were very useful and deezer is lacking them.

Also I’m now aware that you can remove tracks without scrolling all the way back up but there’s no way to edit my previous reply.

Indeed albums folders yes. I want them just as much as you do.

My Bluetooth mousy mouse does not work well, so I needed to click on Like of your comment five times for it to register. Perhaps due to battery 3%, but I will use it to the Zero to save money on batteries.

@Deezer do we have an update on this please? I find it really strange that I can’t just tick a box to sort my artists into genres so it’s easier to pick depending on my mood and I’m sure I’m not listening to my full list because I forget what genre some of the less familiar favourites are.

Sub-folders really must happen as its a true pain scrolling through loads of playlists that ive created. Let imagine that i had know imagination and every playlist i called 1,2,3,4,5 and so on to 1000, to be far not a bad way of naming !! but the problem it creates is i would need to scroll down to 999 to see my new playlist 1000. I might want to have sub-folders they would be called 1 - 100, 100 - 200 and so on , but now i have only 10 sub-folders this is perfect as i can search in batches. @Deezer please make this happen. 

Personally i cant fault your music app but its really the only bug bear i have. Can you please give me some insight if this is going to be a future consideration on an update ?
