Google Home in Sweden

Hi,

I get it, the whole ”buddy” idea. But I find it rather rude to answer after 17 days with ”buddy”.

Instead you could be transparent with your roadmap and also ask the community to push for it at Google if they are responsible for the holdup. You apparently have managed to get Deezer onto Google home in a few other european countries. So why not Sweden.

I personally wouldn’t mind to control my Deezer flow using english if it’s in the language part of the solution the problem lies.

Please team Deezer, give us a full and proper explanation.

after many patient tries to play Deezer in my Google Home I finally discovered that that doesn't work in Sweden, I hope I can add "yet".

There are kind of a lot of discussions about this in social media and forums here in Sweden. People just want to be able to use a Deezer account in the Google Home app.

I know of many musicians and songwriters and ofcourse consumers who have left Spotify or want to leave. But the fact that Spotify, and not Deezer, works in Google Home app in Sweden makes it hard to leave. Why have both with all that it would take in different playlists, flows and to a double cost.

Hi @Penthouse I have added your comment to this already existing idea about it, you can vote for it above. We do our best to bring Deezer on to Google Home in as many countries as possible, but this does not always depend on us, but we do work on it without any doubt 😉

Just started my deezer hifi account. I have been waiting for over 6 months for you to add Sweden to the list. Google home support is crucial. Let us make deezer Great again. Because now it really sucks.

There is a vote button in the beginning of this thread, Please vote there.
Agree that it sucks that Deezer are slow on Goggle Assistant.

My free Youtube Music license, included with the Google Home purchase, has terminated after 6 months of free listening.
The support for Deezer on Google Home is still not present in Sweden, which raises the need for a supported music streaming service on Google Home.
Is there really any idea to wait for Deezer, or should I convert to Spotify?

Nothing concrete so far. The last update we've got is that we're engaging with Google to expand the app to more countries, and Sweden is one of the countries in our priority list.
