Flag/mark/save single podcast episodes for future or handle them in playlists

The topic has been discussed already a while back, but with more and more people around me switching from Spotify to Deezer, this is something I came around quite often in the last few weeks and it also bugs me as well.

If handling the Episodes as tracks and organize them in Playlists is too complicated would there be a way to add another flag as the “already listened” one? It’s something you can use to mark certain episodes to not look for them again in the whole overview, but over time that space gets a little messy being filled with some episodes really being listened to and some you just saved for later.

Would improve the functionality of the app a lot.

The Playlist feature would be even better, but I also guess that is a major change in the basic structure of the podcast-section.
(And bonus bonus feature: certain tags for podcast to see if they’re funny, environmental, poltic,...)
