Equalizer and Visualizer on Deezer Desktop App and web player

Hi dear Deezer community,

   I use Deezer on my iPhone and on my MacBook, and I can only use the Equalizer on my iPhone.

This feature is necessary on computers and still not available, even though Deezer is available on it for a long time now !

Nobody wants to pay for an extension on the Mac AppStore (about 15€) for a feature that already exists on Deezer…

So please vote for this idea, that everybody ask for but Deezer does not apply !

Hello @Lina B., thank you for your honest feedback and this suggestion  The equalizer on iOS is your device’s equalizer,  but this is definitely something we consider integrating to Deezer in the future.

Definitely the lack of an equalizer in the Deezer desktop app makes me disappointed! I use the Laptop a lot to listen to music with Deezer, but I have to use other equalizing apps to get the sound quality I want.

At a time like this they should have already incorporated in the desktop version. With each version update of the apps I look forward, and nothing!

The question is, why?

I agree with other people. As a new user, I was unpleasantly surprised that the equalizer is missing in the application for Windows 10 and in the player on the site.

Desktop EQ please! 

I have just compared the same songs on Apple Music and Dezeer. I like Dezeer user interface more than Apple Music. Music quality od mobile is quite the same, but Dezeer on desktop is not good. Poor low sounds , no option of equalizer to have an option at least to set things a bit better. Dissapointed. I will still continue to use Dezeer but as soon as Apple changes some things in music I am gone.

Hello @Janez N, have you checked your audio quality settings on the Deezer desktop app? Make sure that it plays at least 320 kbps.

If you are on windows and you want an equalizer that works great (with VST support) there is a third party software called Equalizer APO.

I got an equaliser via playstore and that links to Deezer when switched on via the audio settings. Omg, allegedly, Deezer are shutting down and selling out to a major competitor, that's why no money spent on developing the app - allegedly. 

Alors Deezer, à quand l’EQ dans l’app desktop ? 

C’est tellement dommage que vous ne bougiez pas à la demande de vos clients. Ca fait un moment qu’on vous le demande, regardez ce forum…

+1 request for an Equalizer in the Win Desktop App.

I subscribed to Deezer HiFi to listen to high-quality music. Even my middle-class Sennheiser eagers to some adjustment, depending on the music genre.

At the moment Windows default’s Sound \ Playback \ Audio Properties \ Enhancements \ Bass Boost is the only workaround.

Deezer sound quality (and Deezer Listener’s Unity) deserves more!

So we have to pay double for HiFi but we don’t have Equilizer? what is this? the 19th century?

An equalizer for the desktop app would really be appreciated. It looks like it’s been about 3 years since this request was made. Can we expect to see it added soon?

It can't be that difficult for such a big company as Deezer to implement a equalizer in a web based application? Upvoting this +10
