DLNA/UPNP support

Buy buy Deezer.

From today Spotify is available in our country!

Telling the truth, spotify also have no dlna/upnp streaming.

BUT!

All my devices are working at last. Spotify connect works even on my kodi devices. I don’t care about flac, cause flac is not available via family subscription on Deezer.

Deezer have NO real advantage over spotify and Spotify HAVE. I will test chromecast with spotify today, but I’m sure it will also work. With Deezer even chromecast doesn’t work.

December 24 UPNP/DLNA?

It’s really making me seriously think to quit Deezer…. you need DLNA/uPNP Spotify offers it too and my friends who have Sportify are boasting it..

Is this a Premium feature in Spotify? I have searched in my desktop settings having a regular account and cannot find it. Or maybe it is only visible with an external DAC connected?

So sad that i must vote to a feature that users waited for like 3 years now.

Reading all the comments makes me really consider switching to another service provider.

Please give us DLNA support !

I have tried all the independent streaming services in the market and sadly none of them meets all my expectations: good individual playlists, extensive repertoire, CD quality and support of my NAIM streamer.

As I am tired of waiting for Spotify establishing a HD sound option, I am simply hoping, Deezer will soon introduce DLNA support. Come on guys - do it!

If not directly - maybe an arrangement with the makers of BubbleUPnP could be made. They already support Tidal and Qobuz.

It's in our backlog, but because it takes quite some time, it isn't a top priority right now. We'd like to ace that bit for you, so please bear with us until we get there 

In the meantime, I'll pass on your suggestion about BubbleUPnP to our devs.

That would be a nice workaround and a usable option for many users!
