it would be nice to have more then 1 user in hifi acount .
i use iphone and android and cant listen to music in both at the same time.
i think adding at least one more user would be a good thing .

Hi !

I'm a Hifi user in France, is this new subscription currently available for testing in my country ?

If you haven’t got an email by now, it probably is not available in France yet. German HiFi customers got the email last Friday (19.99 € per month for up to six family members).

Yeah I got the offer in Germany too, family hifi €19.99.

And now we have to wait another 3 years to get the yearly subscription offer…

But I think they missed the boat really. Now with Sonos and maybe other smart speakers, you can ask each speaker to play separately and at the same time on the normal account. So I can ask it to play Metallica in the kitchen, my daughter led Zeppelin in the office, my wife Abba in the basement, and my son my flow in his bedroom. All simultaneously from a regular account. Sure it messes with my flow, but previously a family hifi wasnt possible so this was the only way. The thing is Deezer waited 3 years to implement this from when people started asking for it very loudly - and now I am used to doing it this way. Sure it messes with my flow a bit, but it saves me €60 a year.

If a family hifi yearly subscription was offered (with discount), I'd take it however. When I started with hifi I could pay yearly then they took it away. With monthly bills I am reminded every month how much Ian spending and if I needed to save money it would probably be one of the first things to save on. Pay yearly and its one payment and you're done.

Hi

I’d like to upgrade my family account to family hifi, but I can’t for the life of me work out how to do this.

I’m based in GB.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

I’m currently using Deezer family plan. Is there a way to convert it into Family HiFi one?

I’ve been waiting for this feature for oh so long and it’s finally becoming possible - great!

Indeed, it would be nice if it were possible to upgrade from a family plan to the HiFi family plan — I’d upgrade immediately. But it seems that you have to have an existing single HiFi account to do that. Also, they talk about profiles rather than separate accounts for the family HiFi plan. Does this mean that my family’s separate accounts will need to be merged into one when we are finally able to upgrade? Or somehow the transition from accounts to profiles will be enabled? It seems that upgrading from premium family to HiFi family is not as easy as it sounds.Â
