Dark/Night Mode

Hello!

I started to use the desktop app for Windows a few weeks ago to enjoy cd quality. In fact I started to use the Android and IOS applications only when I'm on the street, because at home always use the desktop application.

The improvement for the ears was excellent, but my eyes are complaining... The white background does not bother during the day, but at night even with the brightness of the screen adjusted to the minimum, the view bothers greatly, the white background shines very intensely. The discomfort is frequent, as I use Deezer most commonly at night, after work, and almost always with low or no light.

I also tested the Tidal app, whose background is black. The preview is a bit confusing but much more comfortable!

A change in the application's color pattern would be welcome, or even an update that provides to the user the possibility to customize the screen. Visually it would be much more comfortable, because I always use to reproduce the screen of the Deezer app also on the tv. The overly white background bothers a lot in the dark!

Yes, please. It seems like Deezer has no idea how import it is. It's freaking dealbreaker

Deezer, it would be really great if you guys got a dark mode for the app cause using the app at night is a wee bit difficult. And also accent colors, if you guys are cool with it😕. But please, take the idea regarding the dark mode into consideration. Please.

Please do a dark theme. As the others said before. It burns your eyes if you are working with the app at night, and also for power saving purposes! Thank you!

I've been asking for this for years now, opening support tickets. Their answer was that I was the only one asking for this.... oh my.... I had such a hard time believing that and this thread proves it.

I am using Deezer in my car a lot at night and although the player has a dark theme (Thank GOD !) browsing through those bright white menus to pick up some music is really bad for my eyes especially when they are accustomed with dark.

I am sorry Deezer that you don't listen to your users.

Thing is Spotify just entered many EU countries and a lot of unhappy customers will leave if you don't show them that you care....

Please make this happen... once done i will go premier 😉

Considering how technologically advanced Deezer is compared to Spotify, it will take Spotify some time to close that gap.So the Dark/Night mode should be beneficial for you guys... Dev-wise, it's a piece-of-cake (with a cafe-au-lait) to execute.
