Hi there @orco

There is. Simply click on your profile picture at the top right and select Dark Mode from the menu, if you're on our latest version

I searched the forum for related threads, but did not find any, so I decided to post it in here:

If you would like to have the community in dark mode, too, you can e.g. use the browser extension Dark Reader. It has settings to configure the dark theme in brightness, contrast and sepia besides picking the websites where it should work etc.

So you could also check how it works with the Deezer web player when you disable the internal dark mode there and use Dark Reader instead.

Wooowwww… the thread that I advocated in so many years ago, it’s been so long that it doesn’t even load the first pages… that is major resurrection. The funny thing is Deezer thought the a dark mode was useless, not needed YET all the phones and major apps have it these days… So I guess I was crazy back then asking for such a simple feature, extremely easy ti implement, that was denied and made me move on to another platform… good thing there is competition out there and others are actually listening to their users. I am here because I got an email asking me to be here and comment… and I did to vent! So long Deezer!

We are paying them not the other way around (well, paid for me because I’ve stopped a long time ago), they need to listen and help their platform getting better to attract more users… when we struggle to fix their platform problems because they so not listen it is a problem.

Hi @Rudi
Isn’t it time to implement a sync with the desktop OS theme? So annoying to see Deezer the only app remaining light on the nights on my Mac.

I requested this last year, see

https://en.deezercommunity.com/ideas/deezer-for-mac-sync-with-system-theme-75422

That’s not a rocket science, come on, guys!

Hi @Endorphinity, I completely understand your concern.

It would be great to have Deezer sync with the desktop OS theme, especially for those late-night sessions on Mac.

Your feedback is valuable, and I'll make sure to share it with our developers again.

Thank you for bringing this up!
