Clear queue

I can't believe that after so many years that people are asking for this feature, clearing the whole queue in one go is still not available. It's almost a basic feature that any music player should have. If one got a large number of songs in the queue it's quite time consuming to remove song by song.

In the meantime, I created a playlist called 'Silence,' which only has a one-minute silent track (for example, https://deezer.page.link/x4TXMhLHbj5uSNU79).

When I play this playlist, it starts the silent track and clears the music queue. While the silence plays, I can add my tracks, and once I’m ready, I just skip the silent track to start the music.

Hello ​@dantheo sorry that your post didn’t get any response. Indeed, it is being quite a while since this thread started.

As there are workarounds, maybe for that reason, the team didn’t prioritize this feature.

But I have pushed again the conversation, to understand in we have something in the roadmap for 2025.

There is a problem after the Queue is cleared with Flow.
Then if I want to add another song to the queue I can't because I'm in Flow mode.

When I click on the 3 dots it offers me the option Launch track mix, but it doesn't offer Listen next or Add to queue.

What's the point of clearing the Queue with Flow if I can't do anything else afterwards?

How to clear QUEUE with one song from any SINGLE ALBUM 

All you have to do is find one song that is on the Single album and start playing.
Now Queue will contain only that one song which can be easily removed from the queue.
At this moment this is the only way to clear the Queue.

In Queue is one song .

Now you can add songs to the queue with option Listen next  ( tap on 3 dots beside song ) , but don't start playing any of them because the queue will fill up again with songs you don't want.

When you're done adding songs, you can start play in Queue .

Will this thread make it a full decade without implementation? Will Deezer make it to a second decade without having this basic feature? It’s sure looking likely!

I can´t believe there is no Clear Queue option after 8 years.

I donßt think I’ll keep my subscription.

Please implement this feature soon. 8 years and no implementation is crazy for a music app.
