Carplay needs the angry face

My Deezer app on Android Auto had a little angry face icon for "do not play this track", but Carplay is showing only a heart icon.

Is there a setting to turn on the angry face? If not, can you add that to Carplay? I often don’t like the suggested flow songs and would like to never play again.  The phone and computer apps have this, I am guessing Android Auto still has it?

It’s making my partner want to delete the account and move to another stream service, which is troublesome to me because I don’t like that other stream service in question.
