Block an artist

I STRICTLY listen to metal, the heavier and blacker, the better.

So when I start up Deezer, I'm greeted with "Drake, Maroon 5, Ed Sheeran" WAHT TEH ECTURAL FEK, why?????? why would deezer force me to click at least 3x to get to start playing music they ALREADY KNOW I WILL LISTEN TO.

Please, for the love of Satan, allow me to block this repetitive, unimaginative abuse of music so that I never have to be reminded again that it exists.

This is the EXACT PROBLEM I HAVE, Same S**TE artists + F**KING COLDPLAY!! Have to skip 3 songs in a row too. COME ON DEEZER! SORT IT OUT!

I am just adding my voice asking the feature to block every single song on earth from a given artist, I'd even push if the artist is feature, then block it , just make him/her/them disappear.

+1 for this. It seems when you block a track flow will then just pick the next popular song from that artist a few moments later.

I heard somewhere here that Spotify have this feature. If it’s not implemented soon I might look elsewhere.

@Naskalin I merged your post into this idea. An artist will be banned from your Flow once you disliked 3 of their tracks. But please vote for this idea so that our devs can see that another solution needs to be implemented to make that easier 😉

Can only up this topic....Add the feature to ban Songs, Albums, Artists

This would make deezer stand out so much from its competitors.

Also in "New Music" let me first see the artists I already favourited when they release new music.
Why do I everytime get to see new albums from "I-pressed-a-button-DJ getto" which I never have and never will listen too any of this ear insulting noise?

I loved Black Eyed Peas before Fergie. They did good music. But everytime I listen to old BEP songs, next time I play flow I get to hear stupid Fergie. So let me block all the BEP Albums with Fergie and let me block Fergie, and I am your happiest customer.

Hello deezer! I think the music u send me is way off!!! sometimes it's just a bad radio station and i tried all options....if I hate a musician i hate it...but u let me listening to it...i always have to skip numbers beqause u think i want main stream shit music that only apes can make...well i dont...so please ad a red button in the app that u never hear of that musician again if u push the red button....there are a few artist that my ears start bleeding and u keep sending me their stupit music! I'm almost done with Deezer so do something about it or I'm gone! And music i like u wont send!? There are millions of nubres out there but every week its the same...

@aqualocos Please note that skipping is not enough here. For Flow that just means that you don't want to listen to that track right now. You need to press the dislike button if you don't like the song or the artist.

And as mentioned above, once you disliked 3 songs from an artist they will be banned from your Flow 🙂

I really hate the music from some artists that are very popular and from time to time one of their songs pops into my flow.. and I hate it!!
