Apple Shortcuts | Offline mode triggered when iPhone put in Offline mode

Would it be possible to make Deezer Offline Mode available from Apple Shortcuts please?

I would like to trigger it automatically when my iPhone is in Airplane mode.

Plus, could you also make it accessible from the app icon with a long press please?
