Allow limiting or disabling smart cache in desktop mac app.

Currently there is no way to reduce the amount of space smart cache uses on mac desktop app or disable it (It used up 25gb pretty quick on my mac). The only way to clear it is to also clear all downloaded songs which is silly at best and a little annoying. Personally I would love the slider or something like it that the mobile apps have.
