Allow Family Profiles to use Amazon Echo / Google Home (and other devices)

Again, sorry for the late reply, Rob. We're working our way through all the new ideas again 🙂 I really hope that this will be possible in the near future 🤞🏽 And we'll keep you posted about any updates.

Hi Deezer - any news on this?

I've bought two of my family members Google Home/mini for Christmas and they're gonna be p*ssed when they realise they can't use their Deezer family profile (and I already know they're gonna put pressure on me to switch to a service that supports multiple family users on the the Google products) - is it in the pipeline that family members will be able to use devices like Echo/Google Home etc?

When is this update expected to come. It's really crucial for me as well. I'm the only member who has a google home and I'm not the primary user so I'm spamming the main members profile.

I've got an Echo at home myself - it's an essential feature I agree.
But Deezer already recognise this is important, so it's part of the plans. The only thing is that we don't have a release date yet. I'll keep everyone updated here!

I have two separate Amazon accounts both using the same Deezer Family account. How do I use separate Deezer profiles within that Family account on separate Echo devices?

This is the only thing holding me back to renew my Family-Membership! I have Kids, we need this Feature, don't let the Competition run ahead!

Totally agree I do not want my flow and preferences get affected because all members access my account through the Google home
