Album views on desktop client

I have the same issue on iOS client.

A further comment: As an album afficianado, I’d like the option to view playlists as Albums as well as tracks. identified by cover, in a tile format, perhaps with artist/album title in fine print below the thumbnail.  

This is available in iTunes desktop client for playlsits, not their iOS app though. I like the iTunes/Apple Music iOS Albums view, but this is everything, no categorisatio.

Usage: I like to add albums to a playlist based on genre, year or year added to collection. Prefer to browse by Album rather than song.

The current ‘Albums’ view, similar to iTunes, has albums all grouped intogether.

Hello @dsqrd2, what issue are you referring to? This topic is pretty old and the app have evolved a lot since then. Don’t hesitate to share a screenshot.

1. Album Page view

I should have started a new thread. The image with the Bicep album, is the screen shot of my iOS album page. It would look better and provide a better UX (IMHO) to have all the albums tiled. iPad Pro 11 iPadOS 13.4.1 Deezer 8.15.0

Currently playlist appears to only have a track list view, not an Album tile view

No worries @dsqrd2, that’s a very interesting feedback, it’s possible the app is more optimized for the size of an iPhone rather than an iPad. Thanks a lot for all the details and the screenshots, that’s very clear
