"Add to Queue" and "Play next" available via Chromecast

Is there an option to play next while I'm casting through Chromecast? While listening to an album I had the urge to listen to another track. I wanted to add this to my queue so I could continue to listen the album after I listened to this random track. This seems to be an option that is available when I'm just listening on my iPhone, but once I start casting I can no longer add tracks to my queue to play next. What am I don't wrong? Thanks.

I primarily listen to deezer through chromecast and think this is a very important feature. Please bump it up in your priority.

It’s marked as ‘NOT FOR NOW’, so it does not even have a priority right now.

This is so annoying, how hard can it be to implement such a feature? Not being able to add songs to a queue is a real user problem that needs to be addressed.

I assume that the broken casting experience will be fixed pretty soon, because without that none of the promises can be realized.

@Rudi , when can we expect the queue to be fixed? It has been 5 years already, so I guess its about finished?

5.5 years later, still no queue manipulation while casting. Deezer is really showing it’s incompetence on this one.

@Rudi seems to quit his job at Deezer? Who can I mention here for an official update?

@Jaime. , can you please remove the ‘Not for now’ tag? This issue really needs to be fixed but gets way less attention because it’s hidden from the lists at https://en.deezercommunity.com/ideas

@Leonídia.Deezer , can you remove the ‘not for now’ tag? It’s been over 5 years now, so 2023 might be the year to tackle this issue ... which should have been fixed in 2021 already.
