Add "Other" option to the reporting feature

When I've reported albums with wrong normalization for "audio issues", nothing happened. Presumably because people can't tell that the normalization is wrong. If users were able to specifically say what's wrong, it would solve deezer support taking stabs in the dark. 

(Assuming that reports are even processed. It often seems like deezer is on life support. Just maintained enough to keep the cash flowing.)
