Add a toggle for offline mode to the pins page on the Home page

I like using the offline mode regularly just to make sure that I don’t use mobile data accidently. Only issue is that from the home page it always takes four clicks to acitvate/deactivate offline mode.

Therefore I propose to add an optional switch for offline mode that a user can add to the pins on the home page.
