Add 30-Second Skip Forward/Backward for Podcasts (Lock Screen, Widget, & Earbud Controls)

I’m switching from Spotify that has this and it’s so handy.
Right now, to rewind or fast-forward by 30-sec increments you have to open the app. It would great to be able to do it when my phone’s locked (Pixel 8 user here), or through the Android widget on my home screen, or using the controls on my Jabra Elite 8 earbuds.
