a way to keep the playback notification on top?

I know everyone is looking to hide those permanent notification at all cost but I could actually see a couple useful applications for having it over the display at all time. (Or more specifically I'm looking to have it on a toggle)

I am dreaming thinking we could have such a toggle in the future?

I really like the esthetic of that particullar player. I have it on the highest priority just so I can see pop up at every song whenever am browsing my phone and listening to music. Would just love to have a option to keep it on... pretty please? 😛
