Deezer Favourite Tracks Limit of 2000 too small - please increase it!

Hi Rob, thanks a lot for your feedback! We know that this is something a lot of users would like to be changed. As for now this limit was implemented for technical reasons, but we will definitely pass this on to the team and I hope this can be changed in the future! 🙏🏽

I'd suggest you move some of the tracks from your Favorites to other playlists or just create a second "Favorites" list and just move all tracks to that one. (That's very simple on browser) 😉

thanks for your response! I hope the team can fix this in the future as I think it will become a problem for more people the bigger Deezer gets (more subscribers). Moving over to another playlist isn't really the solution as I know Flow is based on my favourites (which is doing a great job hence why my favourites is growing!).

I know spotify users hit a 10k limit (there's is different as it includes all tracks they add by albums) but it's a massive 321 pages of moaning on their forum (see the link below) - you'd get hundreds (maybe thousands of users) to come over to you (and in the future keep other users who I know will hit the limit).

Hope they change this (Amazon, Google and Apple have massive limits e.g. 50k plus I think!).

Not quite a problem for me personally yet but I'll be up to 2k in no time!

I agree, it will be better to see all of its favorites track.
I'm trying Deezer because of this limit on Spotify.
But the support tell me that even if we reach the 2k limit, the new favorite track are taken in account by Flow and other mix, whereas on Spotify you have to remove your song from your library.
On Deezer they remain on your library but you can't see them.

I hope I'm right

just noticing this is slowly going up (and 2nd highest on the ideas so far) - I'm hoping your technical team make this a priority as it already is showing itself as a bug bear for users (and as I said the longer a user is with you the bigger their collection gets!).

Currently I have 2000 favourite tracks which is quite poor number.
Every further attempt to like a track fails, returning 500 "Internal error" for each request.

I've not reached this number, but it'll be, so support it. XD

The limit cut be the user limit in the phone for example if in the cloud you have 2 Tera to use you can download two Tera offline and listen whenever you want. Or any limit we have in our phone with the cloud

Well I'm guessing flow uses algorithms based on your favourites so the more you have the calculation needed to try and give you the best flow experience. However I just feel 2000 is too low for most heavy users and think 10000 would be more appropriate (for favourites, albums and also tracks that can be added to a playlist).
