Sorry you feel that way - it's not a generic response, it's a straight forward one. If another user thinks of the same idea and searches for it in the forum, they'll find this and leave a vote. As it happened with other suggestions, like Dark Mode for example. That's how the forum works with us.
However, as this is a different case because of the banner (it isn't a feature suggestion), we're adding up to the feedback already given to our devs about it. It's like having another tool to tell them our users are unhappy with it. Do you follow me? So that we can say we've got X number of page views, Y number of users voting and replying, etc...
It's a way to add to the voice of all of us, users.

Don't be a damned idiot. How the hell do you implement avdetising even for premium subscribers, then you wait for a vote te remove it? You have to be (*censored*) me. Please fix this for Android, it is really quite annoying to keep getting prompted over and over again to use an app I do not want at all every time I use Deezer in my car.
