Type:
Feature request.

Description:
“As a user, I want to be able to remove a song from a playlist while it is playing, through its options, so that I don’t have to go to the playlist it is a part of and remove it there.”

Platforms:
Mobile and desktop.

Design:
No design is needed for this task, just add an item to the menu with the same styling as the others.

Level of complexity for the requirement:
Without the context of the current tech stack, I cannot stipulate measurable difficulty, especially not “story points”. However, assuming that the applications have some sort of state management or some form of global variable sharing, its implementation effort shouldn’t outweigh the foreseeable user benefits.

Although this might be a possible duplicate, I still want to highlight the high level of interest from users towards this feature.

Hey @Yula, why did you tag this as “NOT FOR NOW”? Do we have an estimation on when this might get picked up? I’m not asking for deadlines, just trying to understand the prioritization process here.

Hey, we will only present it to our devs team if the idea gets a lot of votes (we only present to them our top 20 ideas). We will change the names of the tags soon, but it simply means the idea needs to become more popular :)
