I actively use the “Do not recommend explicit content” option.
Unfortunately some of the songs are not marked as explicit. In this thread I found the following:

My idea is:
Please add a way for your users to report a content as “explicit”.
Previous workarounds:
In your web app I used a “Report a problem” option to contact support and inform you about the problem. All of my cases were resolved successfully.
But I usually listen music using the phone app. Your Android app does not an option to report a problem with specific track, so that’s not an option.
