Hi there @George.Tufnell

Apologies for the inconvenience.

What kind of Deezer subscription do you have? Could you also please give us the links for the explicit tracks? It could be that they haven't been tagged correctly, by the labels/distributors.

Do you have the filter on in the settings of the same device which is playing the music? For example, if you have the filter on in your mobile app but are playing music from your computer or other system, the same filter may be off.

Désolé mais je ne comprends pas...

I'm having the same problem and I can't see the solution from your reply.

Your Valentine promotion also have a lot of explicit content. How can I opt out?

Kindly assist.

Hi @LawyM I am not well aware of the promotion that you mentioned and I would appreciate if you can provide more information about it.
Is the problem with recommendations affecting only your profile or all the members on the family account?
Thanks

Hi @Jaime.

I have activated the ‘hide explicit content’ but the Android App still sends me recommendations of music that is clearly labelled as Explicit. See screenshot.

Today the ‘Pick Your Valentines’ recommendations has a lot  of explicit pictures and content. See screenshot. I want to opt out of all explicit content and explicit recommendations. Kindly assist.

Hi @Jaime.  This is affecting all members of the family. Please work on this to make the app more family friendly. It is a simple and straightforward request. Your content seems to be well labelled, why isn’t the app filtering it out?

And why send family members recommendations of explicit content when we have opted out? Please resolve this.

Hi @LawyM this wasn’t any specific recommendation but a particular playlist for Valentine’s ocasion.
Please let me know if you keep getting any similar recommendations or everything is working fine now.
Thanks :)

I am a free user. But have children and work around children. Even extremely explicit songs like Cardi B WAP are not filtered out. Wish there was a way to report and block songs as well but your staff could also use and flag songs with language

Hey @Wombats Tunes you can filter al explicit content following the instructions on this link: https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000590898-Explicit-content
Let me know if that works :relaxed:

Hi All,

I signed up for a family plan and was using YouTube Music before. I started playing Flow today on my android phone and already hit two songs with the "F" word even though I have all of the restrictions turned on. I listen to music with my kids around and this is unacceptable.

Probably that song wasn’t tagged as explicit despite having that word. An option to report as explicit would be great in that case

Hi @DARTH RiTZiE as our deezer legend @walker mentioned, the problem was that the song was not flagged as Explicit and ended up in your Flow. But I have fix that, so thanks for reporting it.
I am really sorry for the inconvenience and if this happens with any other song please let me know and I’ll take care of it. :relaxed:
