your shitty app is not functioning AGAIN


Well hello again. I don't know how and with which tool you tested the ability of your app to work, but still it's unable to perform basic music player function as “track on repeat" and for 10€ a month you don't seem to be able to fix it after repeated complains. What exactly do your dev ream get their salaries for again?

Although i dont usually use the repeat track function, i just tried it and it works fine for me for both tracks and playlists. I suspect operator error in this case. 

 

From your comment i assume you're having a bad day and just looking to vent, but if you're actually looking for help, providing a bit more information such as details of what app you're using, how you're using it and what happens would be a good start. 

I am having a bad day and the fact that me and hundreds of other users complain for years now and noone seems to do anything about it doesn’t make it any better. I already provided all the info to support team several times and all I got is passive agressive rcomendations to create 1 song playlist or restart my phone. I remind you, i pay 10 euros every month for using this app. So why doesn’t it get fixed?

I have a feeling that Deezer team tests their app in absolutely different environment than actual world of actual phones that don’t necessarily have to be newest iphones. I’d like to use app and listen to music without thinking about cache, restarting phone every day and creating endless amount of playlists. Is it so hard to provide for twice as much as Spotify costs?

The only reason I’m still with Deezer is because it’s the only app that has full Ukrainian localisation, however it is so full of bugs and ridiculous algorithm mistakes that I’m this close to reconsider and save some cash, using app that actually made its very basic functions work :)
