Sorry, we can't load this page while you're not connected to the internet. Please reconnect and try again. I'm using the web browser and windows 10

And do you actually have problems listening to music, or is it just the grey bar on top of the web player which comes up sometimes for no reason? That would be a known issue which you can simply ignore, i.e. click on the X to remove it.

Have you checked your internet connection to see if everything is OK? If so, have you reset the router/modem?

What browser are you using for deezer.com? :)

I checked the internet, everything else is fine

The artist page doesn't play at all

If it was my internet or the router reset , I wouldn't be posting here
