Why is Deezer so closed mind when it comes about user features requests/ideas?

Hi, I’m a user since late 2021 and ever since I was trying to just clear a playing queue, looked for this feature here and there was a highly voted idea that got scrapped by Deezer (I’ll show you other that were ignored too).

 

Your users are what it makes Deezer possible (not investors), in the same way a restaurant cannot survive without guests, a night club without people to dance on is just an empty place.

 

First of all, we kindly ask you and please be as honest as possible WITHOUT ever mentioning DEVS (they work for you and have no control of superior decisions over the whole platform) or the like: Why do you refuse do listen to us?

 

Here are some great ideas not prioritized even though they should be already a feature:

Hi, I actually will disagree. What I like about Deezer, and what made me switch from Spotify is that they do not constantly change the app. The app is not over-cluttered and the fact that it stays the same over the years makes it so much easier to use for me. I would prefer them to keep it this way.

Not every requested change might be wanted or appreciated by all users, Deezer cannot go around chasing the satisfaction of each and every vocal commenter out there. However, I would appreciate if the developers would let us know WHY a certain feature is not being considered. Their answer helped me understand the fact that increasing all playlist limits might have negative impact to the functionality of the experience, and as well the fact that chasing hi-res might not change the listening experience beyond CD level playback.

Hi @mozkito, I understand that it can be disappointing to know that a feature you find useful is not planned for implementation in our app.
There are several reasons why a feature might not be implemented. However, here are some of them:
-Certain features are not compatibility with all devices, 
-Some features may not be implemented if they conflict with Licensing and Legal Considerations agreements.
-Some features may involve complex technical challenges that require extensive development and testing.
