Faaair. You didn't actually want me to have feedback on anything, you just wanted me to randomly login, pretending like it was the first time that I did so. ...it wasn't, and I didn't actually want to send a complaint, but... apparently, your email really wanted me to complain about something. So, yeah, my complaint is that you sent me an email telling me to complain about things.

...and now it's complaining that I haven't filled in fields that doesn't actually exist. Yeah, ok, upgrading my complaint to including this extremely poorly created form. If you want me to enter a subject: please have a field marked subject.

Ooh, if I scrolled down far enough, there was apparently a subject available. They just tried to hide it, and also wanted me to create a post that I had zero need to create. Good to know. Let's hope that your emails aren't indicative of your services. Thank you, take care.

@dzd

I have to admit that I don't know what this is exactly about either ,but ….

Deezer requires you to log in to submit feedback for security, anti-spam, and to verify your subscription status. This ensures feedback is tied to an active account, prevents bots from cluttering their system, and allows the support team to follow up with you on bug fixes.

Oh, actually loving these replies, as they're telling me why leaving feedback and/or suggestions was being as problematic as it was (still better than spotify!) and why I was redirected to post in forums even when that was far from what I wanted.

Thank you community. <3 Keep at it! 🙌

Welcome to EN community  @dzd !

Some people post vague, cryptic, or ambiguous messages on online forums for several main psychological and practical reasons:

Privacy and anonymity:

Many people want to seek advice or share a problem, but are afraid to reveal too much personal information. Vague posts help them remain anonymous and avoid being recognized by acquaintances.

Testing the waters:

This is often a way to test the community’s reaction. Users want to see what the responses will be and whether they will get any useful information before they decide to reveal more details about their situation.

Need for an outlet:

A person may feel the need to vent their frustrations without having the desire or energy to delve into the problem in depth.

Avoiding judgment or shame:

If the situation is sensitive (e.g., family problems, adultery, or financial difficulties), people use vague language to avoid judgment from the community, while still receiving support or confirmation that they are not alone with their concerns.

Vaguebooking:

Sometimes this is a subconscious or conscious way of getting attention. Posting a cryptic status often encourages other forum members to ask additional questions and show interest.

What is your reason ?

It's a big shame you continue to go in circles instead of actually explaining your issue because nothing is clear based on your original post. Don't be surprised on those replies when you do not provide any real info .
