Songcatcher has worked for me with no issue every time I enabled it. Perhaps try to see if your phone is blocking microphone access, clear cache or re-install.

Hi ​@Maxiz80 there’s no need to use any negative adjectives to refer to other users in the Community as it violates our guidelines and code of conduct and I have deleted it.
I understand you are frustrated with the SongCatcher feature not working for you. Does it work with any other song from the radio, TV, etc., or it does not identify any songs?
