One Hit Wonder

Ive had deezer a few years now and the shuffle isn't working. Ive cleared my cache.ive uninstalled app and re downloaded it . Ive cleared alot of songs that I dont listen to but its still not working it plays one song thats it ive got the shuffle on but I get nothing any ideas that ive missed I have emailed deezer but havent answered I will cancel my subscription if I cant get it back 🤔

    And I’m wondering, is this happening when you try to shuffle your favourites, an album or a Deezer playlist? Or all of them?

    Have you installed the latest version of the Deezer app in your phone?
    Can you see the shuffle option? If not could you please provide screenshots.
