Now Playing Indication Improvement

While listening to music, the track that's currently playing shows a small white animation on the album art thumbnail in the Now Playing list. This indicator is very hard to see, especially on light colored artwork. Please highlight the entire row in the list or improve the contrast of the animation so it stands out better.

Could you please share a screenshot in order to provide full feedback to our devs?

I thought my description was pretty clear, but sure here's a screenshot.

Especially when scrolling through a long playlist, it can be really hard to find where the now playing song is in the list. This would be so much easier if the row was shaded or highlighted.
