Note icon on queue list

Does anyone know what this control does?

It’s the queue list view on the desktop app (on Windows). When I click on it, it shows the playlists, but it’s not clear whether it’ll add the current track to the playlist, or all the tracks, or yet something else.

Since Deezer never bothered to implement a way to properly delete a range of tracks, I don’t want to spend a lot of time deleting them one by one.
