No lyrics

Today I saw the song "Tearing away" by Drowning Pool, but it has no lyrics. I wanted to add it through the lyric Find website, but it's already there and even with lyrics. So it seems like it's up to you. 

Please add the lyrics for this song to Deezer. It would, of course, be nice if there was some kind of button in the app to send a request to add lyrics.

Yes, but there are still lyrics for this song on the Lyric Find website, which provides this data for Deezer.

Hey, my problem is that i have the lyrics button but it shows me the message like there’s no lyrics, does anyone know why it does that ?

Hi @Exploding Boxes, sorry to hear about the issue you're facing.

I tested on my phone, and I couldn't replicate the issue. Everything works fine on my end.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Delete the app.
  2. Turn off your device for 30 seconds.
  3. Turn it back on and reinstall the app.
  4. Clear the cache of Google PlayStore.

How to Clear the cache and data of the Play Store:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Tap on "Apps" and then "See all apps."
  3. Scroll down and tap "Google Play Store."
  4. Tap on "Storage" and then "Clear cache."
  5. Tap "Clear data."
  6. Reopen the Play Store and try your download again.

Additionally, please provide the Deezer version, OS version, and the brand/model of the impacted device. Also, share a screenshot of "Data and Storage" from the Deezer app settings.
