New Google TV version - why do i want huge ugly pictures on my wall?

So, I've been a subscriber for years, talking up the service to all my friends. I purchased a big Google TV last year and was happy there is an app as Airplay crashes constantly.

Um, the new update? I see that some bands have maybe some decent artwork even if it is an older band. Most, it is terrible, recent images maybe scraped from the Internet of now older pop stars? And it is all faces, and standing poses, staring out at me in 3’ x 5'’ glory from my wall. A now 75 year old guy I listened to when I was 15? Really?

oh, and many have no art at all, just this weird beating heart graphic

The attached images are the GOOD examples. Rando older celebrity hanging out at a party in 2023? WAY too many of those

Where is the cover art? Where is the option to turn this abomination off?

I get it, I'm not 22 and the music I listen to may not have all the slick media other people are seeing. Trust me on this, it is terrible.

Rent a big TV and put it in _your_ living room.  I used to have this on all the time, you know, background music from my streaming service?

For now I am using the old version. I will switch services when it breaks.

A “less terrible” example of what I am talking about.

intro to Blade Runner. Creepy, and a bit “off brand"
